Establishing child support, collecting unpaid child support, initiating or defending modification actions, and contempt actions.

Modifications

We can initiate or defend motions to modify maintenance (alimony), child support, custody, visitation or parentimg time issues.

Custody

In addition to custody disputes as part of the divorce action, we handle standalone custody disputes, initiating or defending modification actions, and pursuing or defending grandparents' rights. As part of those actions, we work on parenting plans and visitation schedules.

Adult Abuse/Ex Parte/Full Orders of Protection/PFA (Protection From
Abuse)

Pre-nuptial agreements
